We use your contact details to answer your questions, arrange and confirm your session, send booking reminders, and follow up afterwards.

We use analytics data to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business — our booking provider (FareHarbor), email provider, and website analytics — and only to the extent needed to deliver your experience.

We may disclose information if required by law.

Session content

What is said during a reading stays between the participants and the reader. We do not record sessions, and we do not share what individuals share in a session with employers or organisers.

Retention and security

We keep booking records for as long as needed for accounting and follow-up, then delete them. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold.

Your choices

You can ask us to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in that email.
