These terms apply when you book an experience with Fun Group Tarot. Booking a session means you agree to them.
What we provide
Fun Group Tarot provides tarot-based entertainment and facilitated group experiences for teams, events and individuals. Sessions are offered for enjoyment, reflection and connection.
Our readings are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Decisions you make after a session are your own.
Bookings and payment
Bookings are confirmed once we have agreed a date, group size and format, and payment or deposit has been received through our booking system.
Prices quoted apply to the group size and duration agreed. If your group size changes materially, the price may be adjusted before the session.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to find a new date.
Cancellations made well in advance can usually be refunded or credited; cancellations close to the session date may not be, because the time has been reserved for you. Specific terms are confirmed with your booking.
If we ever have to cancel, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.
Conduct during sessions
Sessions are voluntary. No participant is ever required to take part, answer a question, or share anything personal.
We ask that participants treat the reader and each other with respect. We may end a session if behaviour is abusive or unsafe.
Age
Participants should be 18 or older unless a parent or guardian has agreed in advance.
