Every corporate event is different. Some are intimate leadership offsites. Others are massive all-hands conferences with teams scattered across a dozen time zones. We've done both, and everything in between.
Here's how it typically works:
- For smaller teams of up to 20 people, we run one focused session where everyone gets a personal reading. It's intimate, it's real, and it lands differently than any icebreaker or trivia night ever could.
- For mid-size events of up to 200 people, teams rotate through sessions throughout the day. Each group gets their own dedicated experience. No one feels like a number, and no one gets left out.
- For large corporate events of up to 1,000 people, we join your lineup of experiences as a rotating station. Teams cycle through in smaller groups over one or two days, with an optional closing session that brings the whole company together.
