We want this website and our sessions to work for everyone. Here is what we do, and how to tell us when something falls short.
Our website
We aim to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA standard. In practice that means readable text contrast, headings in a logical order, descriptive text on images, keyboard-navigable links and buttons, and layouts that work on phones as well as desktops.
We review the site as we change it, and fix accessibility issues as we find them.
Our sessions
Sessions can be run seated, in person or online, with captions available for virtual events. Nobody is ever required to speak, stand or share.
If you or a participant needs an adjustment — larger print cards, a quieter space, extra time, a sign language interpreter, or anything else — tell us when you book and we will arrange it.
Known limitations
Our booking window and the team readiness quiz are provided partly through third-party tools, so we have less control over their accessibility. If either is difficult to use, email or call us and we will take your booking or quiz answers directly.
